Update - 2 months into Renting at the Donovan’s - As of today, I have asked for assistance with the leaking rain issue in the bedroom/closet area, to clean out the mold area, and to have accommodations while all of it is cleaned up. I have been informed that the Donovans ' Apartments does not provide accommodations. The bedroom is entirely usable for my special needs 4 year old, and that having a large fan in the bedroom is not imposing. (Per the Apartment Complex Manager Herself) Over the past month, I have called numerous times, sent numerous photos and videos of the rain outside, explained the problems, and have only had one staff member truly assist me. Reid was so incredibly helpful with the tour. The place is amazing and such a community driven atmosphere and a place we could definitely call home hopefully soon. Absolutely loved it there and everyone there is so nice!

Moved in, serious carpet damage, shoddy electrical work, washer and dryer issues, the windows absolutely not sealed at all, this place was absolutely not quality checked before they rented it out. Every time I try to call the leasing office I get filtered off to some off-site call b center "The on site person will call you" neve happens, 3 for 3. To top it all off their parking situation is rigged to force you to rent a garage ($85) or walk all the way across the complex in freezing weather if you get home any time after dark in the winter. They seem more interested in getting people towed that come home late in -10° weather and (safely) park in areas not designated for parking (the people who could be more pressured into renting a garage) as opposed to the people who manage to park

My sister and I have recently rented a loft apartment at the Donovan and so far our experience has been nothing but positive. We are moving from an apartment complex that was pretty expensive and now we are getting more square footage for less rent with the same amenities. Reid, our leasing agent has been so helpful with our needs and accommodations as we needed a few things such as an ada toilet installed. While we did pay for the toilet, it was installed within a few days after they received it. Also anytime we asked a question, Reid always got back to us in a timely manner. We are looking forward to living at the Donovan. The loft apartment is like having two apartments in one. You are able to have your own space if you want to yet still share time with your roommate when you want to. W

Leasing office staff are extremely helpful, especially since I needed a quick turn around on starting the lease. Reid in particular went above and beyond helping us get into the apartment. Unit itself is a lovely space with modern appliances.
