Donaldson Group went above and beyond in resolving my situation. Not only did they reimburse me for my refund, but they also eliminated all access fees I was charged during my stay. Their willingness to step in, take accountability, and make things right truly meant a lot to me. I am beyond thankful for how this was handled and appreciate the professionalism shown throughout the process.

Avoid this building, 8200W apartments, Donaldson Group — not worth the money This place is advertised as a “luxury” apartment, but the reality is far from it. Amenities are lacking. The in-building laundry machines are overpriced and frequently malfunction on multiple floors. Many walls in the hallways have large holes patched with rough plaster, making the place look neglected. Management communication is poor. I have experienced unauthorized entry into my apartment, and there is a roach infestation in multiple units. They claim to offer package receiving as an amenity, but Amazon deliveries are not accepted at the concierge. Instead, packages are left outside your door — I have had several stolen on the same day, despite the delivery photo showing them at my door. As of today (8/12),

Garbage human beings work at the Donaldson Group. My adult kid applied and paid ($200) for an application but after speaking with other residents decided not to complete the application. They then sent me (co-signer) to collections for $100 of the $200 that I can prove they paid. Uploaded documents, spoke to managers, have all the proof. In collections. Avoid these parasites at all cost.

The Property manager Lisa Compres is very unprofessional and nasty when addressing matters related to tenants. She comes to the apartments and scream at people any kind of way. Inappropriate and unacceptable behavior!

Why did you buy our building and immediately increase our laundry price? We already lost our only amenity - our rooftop pool, the supposed "rooftop terrace" meant to replace the pool is apparently not happening, there are zero plans to upgrade the outdated air conditioning in this building (entire building has to be set to heating or cooling - apartments get either too hot or too cold in the fall and spring), my rent has gone up by the maximum allowable amount each time, and then yall come in and immediately nickel and dime us by increasing our laundry price. Its not like the extra 25 cents makes a big difference to me, but I'm sick of these greedy landlords nickel and diming us. The previous price was way more convenient too - we can refill our laundry cards in $10, $20, or $30 increment
