Had a public trunk or treat event in their website and had me rsvp for nothing. Like I get it’s a private community but how are you gonna create a public Halloween party, then turn away people cause they don’t live there and they’re questioning wether you rsvpd on a fake website??? Such incompetence

HOA office worker refused to leave her chair to check my transponder. After informing them that I believed they shut down the wrong transponder they refused to verify the issue but instead wanted me to pay more money for their potential mistake. Lack of professionalism and customer service.

It's the best security in the city. All vehicles must go through a gate with security examining identification of persons who enter. Pictures are taken of every vehicle's license plate upon entering and exiting the community.

We have lived here for over 4 years and have found both the HOA staff and the Security Guards to be very pleasant, always helpful and always quick to respond to our questions or needs. We like it here!

Ridiculous policy on gate entry transponders if you get in a car accident and need a replacement transponder coupled with an unprofessional and confrontational office manager made dealing with them painful.
