The Domain Apartments

I toured this apartment complex with Kenya today. She was so personable and kind. She let me tour two different apartments so I could see what a fully renovated apartment looks like. I really liked what I saw. The neighborhood seems quiet. They have a lot of buildings. This complex is definitely on the top of my list.

Please do not move here unless you have no other options. Management is terrible. Once you sign your lease they will not fulfill any maintenance requests. Also every review you see about them having roaches is true. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I looked at these apartments with Ms.Kenya, she was very sweet & informative! She helped me a lot and I will be considering moving here.

Good morning. I have friends and my new granddaughter live at The Domain. I drove by to drop off some baby items for her and I’m distressed by what I see. The people who live there are hard-working and often have to scrape to pay their rent in a timely manner - most don’t have 6-figurejobs or trust funds but work harder and more honest than those that do. They deserve a place that’s clean And beautiful. The potential is there. If management steps up and provides simple things like contacting GFI and asking for decent clean trash receptacles and provide staff who are trained and rewarded for doing an effective job, this is an easy ask. My company is in a facility that uses GFI and I know they are not cheap. They can afford to deliver Clean aesthetically pleasing (as far as trash dumps go)

This is the WORST apartment complex. Every season when the weather changes we either do not have heat or AC and they always take at least a week to fix that issue. They close service tickets without fixing the problems. We had BLACK MOLD in our shower for over two years because of a previous leak that was not fixed properly. And please if you have a fear of any type of bugs (roaches, HUGE spiders, etc) you should avoid renting here at all costs!
