Well the maintenance doesn't do much here. The dryers didnt dry your clothes bcuz he never cleaned the vent from the dryers to the outside, so i did that. The apartment manager will try to fine you on hearsay and cause you to lose your deposit. Theres no swimming pool... No nothing. But i will say the previous apartment manager did approve the application with no credit for a two young men i know and they were very happy. Poor maintenance and no extras but greatful they got their first opportunity LAST BUT NOT LEAST THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. EVEN IF YOU CLEAN PERFECTLY. THE CEILINGS LEAK FROM UPSTAIRS BATHROOM AND THEY DIDNT CARE.
