The District Boynton

The property looks ok, there is dog poop constantly over the community. Residents are getting notices because people pets are peeing in the elevator and giant puddles in the elevator smells like pee. All of the pedestrian gates are unlocked so you can walk into here freely even though it’s a gated community like the one I have pictured and the gate near the dog park., but the property managers Jennifer loves to play favorites with the Residents.What one resident can do another one cannot And she bends the rules for her favorites…which is probably why there are mixed reviews about her because u don’t know who ur getting (she takes her job personally and not in a good way And she will hold a grudge and retaliate against you . Me and my family toured here a couple of days ago and we had an amazing experience with Brianna and Melina that I had to come and leave a review for them, They were very informative and took their time to answer all of our questions during our tour without rushing us or anything. Ive been to many properties but none of them top this one! I cant wait to see whats available for my move in timeframe but I know Briana and Melina will make my move in process so peaceful and smooth, I highly recommend stopping by to see this property! We love The District Boynton!The pool area has the most beautiful cabanas where we get to relax after coming out here and having a nice bbq. One of things I love the most is that there pool is made of salt water, so it has been much better for my skin and hair. The office staff is always very friendly. Jennifer has always been very helpful.

I’ve had such a great experience at The District! The whole team is always professional, kind, and ready to help whenever needed. Janner, Freddy, and Raifredd have all been wonderful—super helpful and quick to take care of anything I’ve asked about. I’ve never had any issues during my time here, which says a lot about how well things are managed. The manager, Jennifer, does an excellent job leading the community. She’s approachable, responsive, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, The District has been a great place to live, thanks to the amazing staff. Highly recommend!
