The District at Scottsdale Apartments

Living at The District has been one of the worst rental experiences. What was marketed as a “luxury community” has turned into nothing but broken promises, constant frustration, and neglect from management. Noise and Security Issues: The noise here is unbearable. The walls and doors are so thin. You will hear EVERYTHING. To make matters worse, the property is unsafe — exterior doors are constantly propped open, creating easy access for anyone off the street. The attached photos show examples of this lack of security. Amenities That Don’t Exist: Before moving in, we were promised a functioning golf simulator within a month. It has now been over a year and it is still not operational. The pool is constantly closed for maintenance, often for weeks at a time, with no updates or communicatio

Recently moved into The District and am very happy with everything. To start Ashley in the leasing office helped me through the whole process from touring to move in, she has been awesome! Diamond in the leasing office was also a huge help on move in day. They are both very nice! Now for the maintenance, Gio was extremely helpful and actually cares to help. He is very good at what he does and is very nice! Happy I chose the district!

I want to give a big thank you to our events coordinator Kimberly, for putting together such fun and thoughtful events. It really makes a difference to have a community where residents can come together, meet new people, and enjoy unique activities right at home. The effort and creativity that go into planning these gatherings don’t go unnoticed—I truly appreciate it and look forward to each one. Thank you for making our apartment building not just a place to live, but a place to connect and feel at home! Thank you again Kimberly!

EDIT - I am switching this to a one star. I brought these conditions to the attention of the front office a couple months before I wrote my original review. A month before I wrote my review, another tenant wrote the same cleanliness complaints. FOUR WEEKS after the office responded to this saying these conditions are not up to their standard, the Pet Spa is STILL absolutely disgusting. The stairwells are still COVERED in fur with dirt, food, and God knows what else splashed on the walls. Extremely disappointing for how much you pay to live here. I've been sitting on writing a review for a while now because I typically do not like writing negative reviews. However, I saw a front office employee outside their office, went to ask them a question and was given a look like I was no better than

Kimberly the event coordinator is so kind impressionable … she puts together such amazing events for the residents. She is so creative.
