The District at Hamilton Place Apartments

Living at The District at Hamilton Place has truly felt like home for us. From the beautifully well-kept property to the warm and friendly neighbors, this community is something special. The grounds are always maintained, and there’s a genuine sense of care and pride throughout. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff — especially Olivia. She truly cares about the residents and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels heard, supported, and valued. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate. I have absolutely loved living here and can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, this is it.

I moved into these apartments in January and overall I’ve had a really good experience so far. I was able to get a nice winter discount when I signed my lease, which was a big plus. The apartments are simple but comfortable and have everything I need. Whenever there’s been a small issue, maintenance fixed it pretty quickly. The girls in the office are also very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. There’s also a gym in the community, which is convenient and nice to have right where you live. Overall it’s been a good place to live and I’m happy with my decision to move here.

My wife and I initially became residents of this community in 2024. Following a temporary relocation to Atlanta in 2025, we thoughtfully decided that Chattanooga truly represented home for us. Upon our return, The District was our definitive choice for residence, a decision we stand by firmly. We have consistently been impressed by the exceptional professionalism and supportive nature of the entire staff. Their diligent and proactive management ensures the community operates with remarkable efficiency and harmony. The maintenance team, in particular, deserves commendation for their promptness and thoroughness in addressing any issues, consistently maintaining the highest standards for the property. As a current resident, I must rave about this place. I love my apartment and I was guided and aided through every step in getting it. The property itself is also very pleasing. A mile long nature trail to help unwind at the end of the day and a pool open during the hot summer to help cool off. And all the events as well. Excited for the next el taco boss visit! Shoutout to everyone at the office. Always attentive, friendly, and helpful!

I absolutely The district at Hamilton Pl., Apartments I moved from out of town and from the first time that I called them to the first time of coming down here and touring the apartment was just absolutely such a phenomenal process and both Liv and Olivia In the office made everything so easy and welcoming. When I toward my first apartment, I cried because it had a screened in porch and carpet on the porch and it was just like it was Divine alignment and they are so nice and very informative through emails and text and community updates and show involved and I don’t think I could’ve asked for another place to feel safe since I moving from out of state. Thank you all for such a easy healthy safe place to call home!
