The Dial Apartments

The Dial apartments are very nice and have a secure garage for residents. While I ultimately decided now is not the time for me to move in, unrelated reasons, I would still recommend them to anyone interested. Diallo is the best! Friendly and knowledgeable he seems to genuinely love his job. Location is great as well, not too far from river market or the riverfront, or streetcar.

Diallo is the absolute best marketing professional I’ve ever met. Not only did he explain every aspect of the complex and each room we toured in great detail, he also incorporated his personal opinion and tips (which was all positive!) to make this a personalized experience. We are so excited to hear from him again for the follow up (and hopefully to secure a spot here)!

Diallo has been so helpful! He has answered all of our inquiries and made sure our move-in was smooth. The place is beautiful; it’s close to the streetcar, river market, and many local downtown spots. They have great amenities that are worth the price! The cleaning staff are friendly and helpful as well!

1 month into living at The Dial, and it has been amazing! Brand new units, new amenities, plenty of parking, and overall very clean! The leasing office is top notch, and are very quick to respond to anything that arises. Shoutout to Diallo and the rest of the awesome team at The Dial!
