The Depot

I've been a resident for 9 months and it has been an excellent lease. The staff is super responsive and friendly. They have great community get togethers including breakfasts and food trucks. The units are clean and well maintained. The pool is excellent. Downtown Fort Worth is an easy walk and just a great, safe, clean and fun area to stroll.

After reading some of the reviews, I was somewhat skeptical of giving The Depot a look. I am glad I did. I love the Depot! The property is quiet and well kept. It immediately felt like home when we toured. My husband and I recently moved in, somewhere around the 29th of December 2025. The tour/application process was pleasant and easy. Andrea Curry did a fabulous job in showing the place and helping us start the application process. She clearly laid out what was needed to apply and kept us updated on any changes. Even during the holidays when she should have been enjoying her time off, she sent a quick email to check if we needed anything while applying. Our move was easy and fast. I had a great experience at Depot thanks to Andrea. She was super friendly, very attentive, and had such positive energy with a warm, welcoming smile. Andrea answered all of my questions and made the entire visit enjoyable. The property is very nice and beautifully located. I highly recommend this community and its amazing team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really great experience I actually never toured the apt but Andrea was so attentive I knew I made the right choice! My move in experience was seamless 10/10 would recommend living here!
