The Depot at Twenty Mile

I love living at The Depot At Twenty Mile! I’ve lived here since November and it’s been a very pleasant experience from the office staff to maintenance to the residents to the actual unit. This is such a beautiful apartment, haven’t had any major issues. It’s updated and the appliances are really nice! The complex itself is safe, clean and welcoming and has so many fun amenities. I would highly recommend living here!

It was a pain for the move in application for me, personally, and had some minor issues when I moved in, but they were pretty quick to fix them. Overall it was worth the bit of hassel I experienced. It's almost been almost a month since I moved in and so far I love it. It's a beautiful and quiet community.

The Depot at Twenty Mile does not protect residents privacy. Tenants are allowed to have ring cameras pointing INTO their neighbors apartments as long as they “don’t alter the structure of the building” (as if that’s really the important issue here?!). These apartments are tiny and you can see from the front door through the living room back to the bedroom from the front doorway at the right angle. Zero effort has been made to prevent male tenants from recording into female tenants apartments. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.

I will disclose that I am coming from the perspective of a potential renter, and I do not live here. But as a potential renter, I am mortified at the experience from the leasing office. I scheduled a tour online for 4:30, and we showed up at 4:25 to be told that, oh no that can’t be right because I just had someone call, and they will be touring at 4:30. But I have the confirmation in my email. She(I wasn’t given her name) then offered for us to wait in the back, and if they didn’t show up within 10 minutes of their appointment, we would be able to tour. We waited 10 minutes, and just as 4:40 hit the other couple walked in, and she started their tour with no word to us. Even as we walked out, where she could visibly see us, nothing was said to us.
