I am now entering year two living here, and the transition from one unit to another was a hassle in itself. Rosa, the current property manager, added 2 excess charges for a plumbing issue that was not my fault but continued to press as if it was making up that I was putting things down the toilet. This charge would make sense if I was told beforehand, but now after moving units its conveniently near the same exact charge as a security deposit. The second charge was for cleaning, this would also make sense if I moved into a spotless unit. The unit I moved into still had nail holes in the wall, the floors with paint, and the actual door missing a seal. Yet I was charged 150$ to clean my apartment when they didn't even clean the one in my current unit. The saving grace is that its sub 1000
I’ve been here a year and my apartment itself is good. They are pretty responsive to REGULAR maintenance issues. My first year was decent. Now for the more important/recent stuff. EMERGENCY maintenance number does not work. They say they’ll call you back in 30 minutes and no one calls. To go along with the below review, even when all the gates are fixed, residents will leave the gates wide open. The complex use to be cleaner but now people are throwing cigs on the ground. They don’t want you to report the trespassing to them, they want you to call the cops directly. Cameras don’t work in areas they say they do. The pool is never covered so it allows easy access for the unhoused to use. People have started putting their pets in the pool. I like staying here my first year so hopefully some p
It’s been a month in my year lease and I’m definitely regretting moving here. The rent is cheap and location is great but not enough to justify plumbing issues, homeless people wandering at 5am to knock on my door and dip their clothes in the pool, various maintenance issues (front doorknob fell off, faulty electrical outlets, etc) and lack of security with gates often left open. Update 12/2025 I’ve had a package stolen, next door unit vandalized, crystal meth found in the parking lot, dog poop constantly left by other tenants in walkways and homeless pooping on the walls of the complex. Like, pulling their pants down in broad daylight and defecating on the wall. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.
Staff is on top of fixing any issues that occur really fast, very communicative and nice
Best deal I've found downtown. For the price, I couldn't find any better apartments. There are minor drawbacks, like not having a manager onsite and the laundry room being kind of dirty with machines that break often, but the price more than makes up for it. It's not as nice as a new high rise, but those also come with high prices. I'm loving living here so far.
