They make promises and deliver excuses. One excuse after another. When you have had enough of the runaround, they steal your deposit. 100% You will be trapped in their time schedule unless you don’t mind them keeping your deposit. Look elsewhere, unless you love excuses.
Not very ethical in my opinion went up 30,000 from 230 Wednesday to 9 am Thursday after I had a pre qualifying letter was getting ready to send them a deposit glad I didn't they tried to tell me they didn't know about increase that day
