The Delco

Living at The Delco has been an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The building is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities make everyday life feel elevated. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team goes out of the way to make the community feel welcoming. My apartment itself is modern with an industrial feel, spacious, and quiet despite being in a vibrant area. If you’re looking for comfortable, stylish downtown living with excellent service, The Delco is definitely it. Highly recommend.

We’ve been living here for about 8 months now and have had a great experience. The community is quiet, well-kept, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. It’s also very dog-friendly — we have a small dog and it’s been a great environment for him. He loves the dog park! 🙂 We love the style of the apartment, especially the big windows that bring in so much natural light. Everything feels modern and updated while still having a cool industrial feel, which really sets it apart from other apartments that we looked at. The rooftop pool and gym are amazing amenities and are always clean and convenient. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, peaceful place to call home and we’re really happy with our decision to live here! 🙂

Moving to The Delco was eased by the friendly, attentive service of our agent Logan Reynolds. We really appreciated his responsive communication to our questions which kept us on track with our relocation. If you are considering moving downtown, definitely ask for Logan to assist you with touring their beautiful properties. We can’t say enough about The Delco and how lovely it is to call it home.

Great location and physical building. Within walking distance of lots of fun spots and the building is well insulated and quiet. The management puts on community engagement events often as well, I especially appreciate the dedication of Molly Oliva Logan and Terri.

We love it here! Logan has been awesome and so helpful through the moving process and getting situated. There are a ton of security measures that some other downtown apartments do not have that I appreciate a lot like general access to the units and packages.
