The Dean Apartments

I want to start this off by giving a special shout out to the apartment manager Jennifer and leasing agent Gina! They are so friendly and made my move in super easy, guys don’t be fooled by those old reviews!! This new company and office staff had everything looking good my apartment is nice and clean and Jorge our maintenance man gets the job done! This place is affordable and close to the stadium, the mall, I-30 and six flags!!!! You will be in the heart of it all and working with a new team that actually cares!!! Thank you The Dean for making this mom of two boys’ life so much easier and affordable!

The Dean Apartments are an amazing place to live. The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The community here is welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. Everyone is respectful, and it’s a great environment overall. I also want to give a special shoutout to Gina—she was incredibly nice, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend living here!

I had a wonderful experience with the manager, Jennifer. She is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. All of my work orders were completed promptly and efficiently, which really made living here stress-free. The management team truly cares about residents, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I've lived at The Dean Apartments for over 5 years. Unfortunately, the building was sold twice since I moved in. My rent doubled in that time period, and additional monthly fees were added, including waste removal ( $9) , pest control ( $6), their insurance ( $11), and shared water ( $60+). They also charged a 2% fee to pay by checking account transfer. They do not accept paper checks. The last property management was not onsite, so things did not get serviced promptly. They allowed trash to build up in the general spaces, and the facilities are constantly broken. The pool area had not been opened since the new management had taken over. It was over a year without access. They let the pool go fallow, and it was pea green for months. Eventually, they cleaned the pool but either did not w

If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Management seems focused only on collecting rent and shows little to no concern for residents’ living conditions. To be honest, The Deans Apartment is one of the worst places to live. After signing the lease, ongoing issues were ignored. Maintenance requests are closed without being completed, and the leasing and maintenance staff often remain in the office without addressing resident concerns. I strongly recommend not wasting your money by leasing here.
