The Dartmouth North Hills

We were so lucky to find this apartment. The new management has done a great job—they have introduced new events and improved the amenities. They are very cooperative and strive to make you feel at home. We lived in a three-bedroom unit, and this is the best apartment you can find in Raleigh. Also after we moved out they charged us normally and that felt good. Cons: If your apartment windows face the hotel, the noise every morning is loud enough to wake you up. The walls are thin, so you can easily hear your upstairs neighbor. They also close the grill during the winter.

I meant to leave this review months ago but somehow it slipped my mind, luckily I remembered today after stopping by the leasing office. In my time at the Dartmouth Tyrus and Kim have been nothing short of amazing. They are compassionate, kind, and they always make time to sit down and talk with their residents. If you are looking for a place to rent I recommend stopping by and meeting with them, they go above and beyond.

This is my second year living at the Dartmouth. My first year was perfectly fine—the apartment was nice and amenities were well kept. I was considering switching apartment complexes because I didn’t feel particularly tied to the place, but ended up resigning after meeting the new staff. Samantha Hicks has been incredibly helpful during this renewal process. I decided I wanted to transfer leases, and she was there every step of the way; she always followed up, caught any errors, and took the time to find me the best deal for my dream apartment. I feel she really goes above and beyond to make her residents happy, and the Dartmouth is very lucky to have her. I had a great time for a year I spent in Raleigh. This place is ideal for walkable groceries, restaurants,gyms and also bus routes. It has all the necessary facilities. Shout out to Tyrus and Kim they were easy to approach and very responsive with emails. I loved all the events hosted by the management it was a great starter to connect with people if you are new to Raleigh.

I've had the pleasure of calling The Dartmouth apartments home for the past 8 months, and it has been an exceptional experience. The amenities here are top-notch, making everyday living enjoyable. A special shout-out to our property manager, Melanie, who has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Her dedication to ensuring residents' satisfaction is truly amazing!
