The Danforth

The Danforth is one of the nicest and appropriately priced apartments I've seen in Seattle. The same type of units at other buildings were far more expensive. The leasing agent who showed us around, Rebecca Eslinger, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She continued working with us at every step of the process and was accommodating to our needs and questions.

Been living here for several years & while it's had ups & downs (ugh FETCH; glad that's over), it's still spectacular. Units are larger and WAY quieter than many other premium complexes & still somehow have that "new car" feel. Location is perfect for Capitol Hill. Building amenities are top-notch; The gym & package lockers alone are incredibly convenient, but nothing beats the views from the roof deck! The recent transition to Greystar has been eye-opening. For one, it seems like the previous management left in a hurry, leaving Greystar holding the bag on anything Avenue5 didn't feel like fixing. Case in point: my lease was incorrect & my central air died, which Rebecca was amazing at getting fixed promptly! All the new staff are friendly & always eager to help. And while it took some ti

Just moved in a month ago. Since first touring the place with Christian he's been extremely friendly and helpful as I continually pester him with questions as I've been getting settled in! I had a minor issue with a fixture in the closet and it was promptly addressed and fixed within a couple days, so maintenance team seems very responsive as well. The only issue so far as been trying to get access to the EV chargers as they are very popular and always in use, but Christian previously mentioned they're exploring installing more so it seems the team is aware and working on solutions.

We're getting ready to move after extensively looking at other properties in different neighborhoods throughout the Seattle/ greater Seattle area and decided to go with The Danforth. Rebecca toured my partner and I on two different occasions before we decided on this being our new home. She was very transparent with everything, upfront, and answered all of our questions and concerns with great detail. She was an absolute pleasure. If the living experience is anything like the treatment and kindness we received on our tours then we are very much looking forward to calling this our new home and seeing what the next year will be like.

I moved here from a luxury apartment complex in downtown. While Danforth is not classified as luxury, I can safely say I am happy with this decision. The staff of Christian, Rebecca and Keith are very responsive, and seem to honestly try to make things engaging and enjoyable. Also, and this is a big one, the maintenance here is far better than where I’ve been before. In no small part thanks to Ali. He’s been super prompt in addressing issues and always has a smile on his face.
