The Dakota

Its been amazing. There are never any issues or problems. The staff are great and are always smiling. I just moved to Florida and im proud to call The Dakota home. The area has no crime from my experience since I've been here for almost a year. Shopping and entertainment in any direction is no more 1.5 miles. Love this place.

Great location, very helpful leasing staff! The maintenance staff are so prompt and polite.

I have lived in Dakota for about seven years now. I lived in a two bedroom apartment, and then moved into a three-bedroom that is facing the wooded area. I love the privacy and that very few cars go by. It’s just so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the view. It is so nice to live in a place where the staff and the maintenance and anyone that I’ve been in contact with have been friendly and pleasant. If there is a problem, it is resolved quickly, so I would highly recommend Dakota!

It's bittersweet reviewing Dakota now. I have loved living here for 5 years! I am moving out of state or else we would stay here. Safe, friendly, clean, responsive, I love the leasing office staff! I have lived places I liked, but moved because the leasing staff made it untenable. They are always doing new things just for community enrichment!! Goodbye Dakota. 👋 I will miss you

The maintenence people are extremly nice! Very quick to respond as well! The office staff made me feel very welcome!
