The Dagny Midtown

I’ve been aware of the Dagny for years while visiting Atlanta, and I finally decided to check out the property. Let me tell you, it’s definitely worth talking about. As someone from Atlanta, I’ve seen countless new buildings rise and fall in popularity, but I’ve never heard anything about the Dagny in a negative light. So, I went into the tour with high hopes. A huge shoutout to the leasing agent, Zuri! He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He confirmed the tour with me after the team returned from the holiday and made sure I had all my questions answered before I viewed the property. I had three must-haves: a balcony, a standalone island and as much natural light as possible for the price I was considering. I recently toured The Danny in Midtown and had a great experience. The building is clean, modern, and in a perfect location. The amenities really stood out, especially the rooftop and lounge spaces. Huge shoutout to Evan, the leasing consultant — he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour feel welcoming and genuine. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in Midtown!

From the touring, application and move-in process, I am excited to leave Janae and the Dagny team a five star review. Janae went above and beyond to help me find my dream apartment. She addressed all of my questions clearly and was proactive in ensuring I had everything I needed for moving in. Their staff is also incredibly kind and took every measure to make sure my family and I were comfortable. Even when I had a maintenance request, they had the issue resolved the same day. I am still pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire process was!
