UND students beware- this place DOES NOT RENT TO STUDENTS. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. I disclosed that I was a student before even applying for the apartment. They said it was fine and had me do the application process and the deposit. It took them three entire weeks to get my application "almost finalized" (during which I had to press them for any news because I wasnt getting emails about the status of my application at all) and a week before I was supposed to move in, they deny my application solely due to me being a student. If an apartment doesnt want to rent to students, that's fine, but dont waste a month of my time when I am automatically going to be denied for this one reason? If my lease has been up, this company would be the reason for me being homeless. Looking at others' comm

It's great, right down town. It gets loud on the weekend but it's okay I mean it's a college town what do you expect?

When I viewed this property the staff was professional and the building and apartment was well-kept.
