The Cunningham Apartments

Living at The Cunningham Apartments has truly amazing so far. The apartment homes are modern, clean, and beautifully designed, featuring high-quality finishes like quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and spacious closets. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer. The community amenities are exceptional, the fully equipped fitness center, yoga/spin studio, saltwater pool, and outdoor lounge areas (with fireplaces and grills) create a resort-style atmosphere. The location is another huge plus: everything from shopping to dining to entertainment is close by, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. Management has also been wonderful: always responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction. Shoutout Holly the Community Manager. Overall

The Cunningham is absolutely amazing. The best staff, always super clean, quiet and safe! Fun events throughout the month that bring the complex together as a community! Cunningham is by far the best place I’ve stayed !!

I got to tour the Cunningham and it’s beautiful. They even keep the pool open well into Fall to take advantage of warm temps, sunshine. Calibers properties near Jordan Creek and on Hickman are also upscale but more reasonably priced. I ended up at West Light but will consider The Cunningham after this lease, maybe the rents will be down some then. The Jordan Creek location is amazing and their amenities are the best I’ve seen. It’s great seeing these luxurious new properties here in the western suburbs. They should drop the AI email, it just puts space between leasing agents and potential residents. Overall, I love The Cunningham!

I toured The Cunningham on behalf of a friend and was really impressed. The outdoor space and pool felt like a private retreat, and the gym was one of the best I’ve seen in an apartment community. The layouts were bright and open with high-quality finishes, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and would confidently recommend it.

The gym has all the equipment you could ever need and is well maintained and clean. I came in the summer for one of the food truck Fridays and everyone was so nice!
