Worse place for me to rent. Just yesterday, painters were in the apartment and I realized later some Paint on my car and I had to scrub hard to get rid of the paint. My firts day in this apartment ... my room, my bathroom, and the carpet were very dirty. Refrigerator, is leaking water inside even after someone came to fix it. I'm tired of complaining to the office and probably thet are tired of me being here too. Painters came and left the furniture in the middle of the living room and who knows if they are going to put them back. I was giving a filthy room and bathroom plus the noise outside is very loud and sometimes, the garbage trucks comes at 1:30am, or 2:45am, and sometimes, 3:45 am to wake you! Work room is a joke! When we moved in her room wasn’t clean or ready. We went and bought carpet to put over the carpet in her room and had to clean the entire room. We moved out in July of 25 and on Nov 20th they sent us a $678 bill for carpet cleaning, paint, lots of other stuff. Are you kidding me?? Don’t you clean the carpets and paint Everytime somebody moves in? Oh yea that’s right, when we moved in it was dirty so there’s my answer. You should be ashamed of your company for ripping these kids off!! Never move into these dirty apartments. All you have to do is walk the stairwells and you can tell it’s trash. My daughter and her roommates kept that place clean! Shame on you!! Also dryer never dried cloths and electric was out for days and had to buy all new food but was never compensated. Please don’t ever live here. The maintenance people suck. The front desk lady is literally 22 and she doesn’t know anything she’s doing. We had a man coming into our apartment while the door was locked and they couldn’t do anything about it. we’ve had problems after problem and nothing‘s being fixed. We were offered a TV if we had four roommates and we still haven’t gotten that TV just please don’t ever live here. Take my word of advice.

I would give it -10 stars if i could. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. If you do rent here before signing the lease go see the actual apartment you will live in. They show you the Model apartment which looks great. Very deceiving, because the one you actually get is nothing like it. Yes it is cheap and you get what you pay for. I did not expect anything fancy for $400 but something clean and livable. The apartments are very old and it shows. They are disgustingly dirty, paint is coming of walls, ceilings have water damage and are peeling off. Blinds are broken everywhere, no amount of bleach can clean the bathtub, sofas in the common area are torn up, Ceiling fans are about to fall of. Everything smells badly. Just DISGUSTING! I could write a whole book on how awful my experience living here was, but I’m going to get straight to the point. If you want to live somewhere without bugs, broken /old appliances, or tidy community areas, don’t lease here. I lived here sept 2024-July 2024 and hated every second. I had a period where an ant infestation was occurring in my own bedroom and I was waking up with ants crawling all over me in MY own bed. Took maintenance forever to address it, and even after, there was still ants. Also had a stinkbug infestation in my bedroom which caused stinkbugs to come through my window each day.
