I explained the last place I rented that was a complex said my rental was clear but that i could possibly have something. She didn’t charge me an admin or application fee so we could run my rental history so we wouldn’t waste our time if I did have anything on my rental history. I love every part of this transition into the new apartment I rented, everything has been great so far aside from small hiccups which are really no problem at all everyone has been really kind and I loved working with Naomi she is truly amazing I found it great and would definitely recommend these apartments
