The Crossings at Summerland

I never suggest this apartments for anyone , because i was supposed to move here at a specific date and time with a discount in renting, but randomly they called me that they can’t approve me with discount so i agreed, and next day they asked me to pay them for reservation the apartment, so i did that, but next day they called me again and said that i am not approved for moving to apartment , finally they just wasted my whole week also the staff is extremely rude and ugly she doesn’t know how to treat and talk to people and help the people , even doesn’t know how to process the work… anyway i found a better place with good prices and professional and humble staff.

This is worst and by far the most horrible apartment complex i have ever lived in. On Christmas Day a sprinkler system pipe broke in the empty apartment above us, flooding our apartment. Fire department came and turned off our power. We had no power or heat for 5 hours on Christmas Day! Never got a call from management apologizing for everything or to even check on us. Repairs finally started on Tuesday, but they are still having us stay in the apartment during the whole ordeal! Will not compensate us for anything! If i could give zero stars i would!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the staff that I deal with on a regular basis being a resident here, are kind and extremely helpful. Rishawn IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! 💯 She cares wholeheartedly for the community. She has set up food and services events in our community, partnering with the local PWC community services, which is awesome! She advocates for the community needs . Manny and Will are also great. They put care and effort into their work. I had an unpleasant phone call from the property manager Renée at 8:10 am. She was rude and dismissive towards my questions and concerns. During my time here, I have never experienced such a disrespectful interaction with any other members of the management team. Please continue to let the other members of the team contact the res

I huge note of gratitude. I just moved here, but Rishawn Smith was amazing to deal with. I had very complicated circumstances, and was on a time constraint. Rishawn made the process extremely easy was kind and professional. I couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend her and The Crossings! Grateful:-) Thank you! Melanie M

The Crossing at Summerland is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for about eight years and not one time has the staff gave me a reason to leave. I am a disabled resident who needed accommodations to my living situations. Ms. Renee and her staff ( RiShawn, who has been here only a short while Amazing and Caring goes above and beyond her duties) and ( Manny, whenever I need him to do something to the unit, he’s on top of it) I want to say thank you and if I could rate each of you I would definitely give you each a TEN. I recommend if you are reading this PLEASE come and check the property out for yourself. I STAND ON THIS 100% . Again Thank you to the staff here at The Crossing
