I’ve been living here for a year and absolutely love this community! It’s always quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly care about the residents. I did have a couple of small maintenance hiccups, but the team responded right away and resolved everything quickly and professionally. It’s such a great place to live, and I’m really happy to call this community home! ⭐

We had an incredible tour experience with McKenzie! The level of professionalism and insight was pure gold. This property is absolutely beautiful and we love the location, right in short pump. Even the maintenance guys were super kind. Great energy, will be applying soon!

this is just trifling honestly; it has happened multiple times… no wonder why there are bugs & roaches in some apartments like I’ve experienced & my neighbors all warned me about… which took forever for them to be concerned about a few weeks ago… im sure the staff would not want to live with roaches so I’m unsure why I had to wait so long & had to get an actual health department inspector out here for anything to be done. They failed to replace my floor like they said they when I got a water leak & had mold forming in my apartment like the other review mentioned. I developed health issues & told them & they did not care!!??!!?!?!? They threw a dehumidifier in here, painted over the water mark damage (got paint all over my floor) & sent a carpet shampooer guy in here (who was here for liter

My stay at Crossings has mostly been pleasant. While apartment living naturally comes with a few downsides, I can clearly see the effort the office staff puts in to support residents. I especially want to mention Farhin from the office. I had to stop by last minute due to an emergency, and even though it was already time for the crew to leave, Farhin took the time to stay back, listen patiently, and work toward a resolution. That level of care and dedication stood out to me and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.Experiences like this show that the team truly cares, and it makes a difference in how comfortable it feels to live here.

I've been living in this apartment for a while now and overall it’s been good experience. Maintenance team is on top of things, any issues that have come up have been handled efficiently. Deron and Farhin in office have been prompt and helpful when needed. Appreciate the efforts on organizing events to bring community closer. That said, I do think there’s room for improvement. I've noticed that sometimes parents aren’t as attentive as they could be when children are playing near the streets where cars are driving. While I understand that office is sending out emails to remind everyone, I think posting letters on doors might catch more people's attention and be more effective. All in all, I don't have much to complain about. But a little more focus on these aspects would make it even bette
