We moved into this apartment about 1.5 months ago because the location was great and the apartment seemed newly renovated. It was a huge mistake. One week after I moved in, the ceiling above the shower started leaking. I called maintenance and when they came, they put a hole in the ceiling to relieve pressure and told me the issue was the tenant above’s shower caulking. The issue persisted despite me calling maintenance twice more. The next week I left for vacation and was out of the country. I had my in-laws check on my apartment and the bathroom ceiling had collapsed. We put in a work order to have that fixed and were told they fixed the leaking in the process.
