Far from a luxury apartment. These units are older and in need of being updated badly! The owner ( a man who identified himself as the owner) of this property is a rude, nasty, vile little man who thinks he can go against the law and it's okay because he owns the place. Horrible way to operate an apartment community. What people have commented here is true. There are leaky sinks and mold, parking is bad, ants are an issue and parents let their kids play in the parking lot making it hard to drive Upside..the pool is nice. Management is friendly. Maintenance is just okay. Rent at your own risk!

Would not recommend, lived here for almost 2 months and have had to put in multiple maintenance requests. The day we moved in we were greeted with a kitchen full of ants, and were told the neighbors across the street had the same issues and it's due to our location. Second time having maintenance come due to a refrigerator leak that has left us with moldy cabinets, a reoccurring issue. I will say maintenance responds quickly, but appears to be temporary fixes as the issue hasn't been resolved. A sink leak that left the kitchen sitting in water. Judging by the bottom of the kitchen sink/some warping on the flooring, I'm assuming the prior tenants had the same issues. Great place to live! We lived here for 3 years in 2 different units with a family of 4. Apartments are well-maintained and quite comfortable. The amenities (pool, workout facility) are also very nice to have. Staff is friendly and extremely responsive to any maintenance requests. The apartments are walking distance to multiple fantastic parks and also very close to downtown Dublin, Hilliard, and highway access to the rest of Columbus. We loved living here!

We moved here back in February and I can not say enough good things!! The staff are amazing so friendly! The ladies in the office are always there if you have questions and the maintenance guys are always kind considerate and quick when in comes to getting things done! They keep the grounds beautiful each season is prettier then the last! The location is prime surrounded by parks and in a quiet area the inside is beautiful we are on the second floor and the vaulted ceilings make the space feel bright and large I love the fireplace it makes it so cozy! The closet space is amazing! My favorite part is the amount of light let in by the windows! The Pool is great and so is the gym and tennis courts!! This truly was such a great find after months of looking for the right apartment for us!

I lived there for four years. The location is great. The maintenance team is kind of hit or miss, though they do usually get there same day to check it out. Downsides: As another reviewer said, be ready to lose your security deposit. I was single and had no pets and they didn't give me back my deposit when I left due to saying the carpet needed to be replaced, and that it had an 8 year warranty. So if someone lived there 7 years, they wouldn't replace it? They sent pictures that showed expected wear of four whole years of a human living there, but nothing else that couldn't simply be cleaned. Windows: The windows are super difficult to shut, which is a minor annoyance until late summer and early fall, when the bees and bugs start coming in, which then becomes a problem. Parking is a str
