The Crossings at Alexander Place

I would give 0 stars but I can't. Since getting this place, maintenance has had to check the AC 3 times and they never quite fix it. This time, maintenance won't come until Monday because outside is not above 80 degrees, but the inside is 89 degrees and its Saturday. They've put tow stickers on my friend's car when they were visiting for no reason, the concierge service website won't let me update my card info so I have no way to stop accumulating charges after both calling and sending an email about the issue, the washing machine and dishwasher are full of gunk so they don't clean well at all, the indoor basketball court that I was so excited about has an unknown renovation end date so I can't use it, only certain buildings are constantly monitored because I see several with violations, t

I’ve lived here almost 5 years and this place is great! The staff is always helpful and friendly and anytime I’ve had to place a maintenance request. It has always been handled very quickly. Just renewed my lease for another year!

I had a great time throughout the process of finding this place. Great amenities, gorgeous space, the perfect park for my dogs (who I know would’ve just loved it). Addy was my guide and she was very thorough, she answered all of my million & one questions with so much patience lol. Unfortunately I had to be relocated due to my job so I was unable to live there but if I am ever able to make my way back, I know where I’m staying! Job well done!

I’ve been a resident here since August 2020 and I absolutely love it. I moved during the pandemic so this complex was picked based solely on virtual tours and communications with the staff. I am thankful I made the decision to move here and have continued to renew my lease because it is wonderful. Everyone that works in the office is professional & helpful while also being friendly. The maintenance team is super personable but more importantly, extremely timely in fixing issues. The staff overall go out of their way to work with you when issues arise. The amenities are well maintained and we all love the addition of the fire pit. Overall I would happily recommend (and am actively trying too lol) this complex to others.
