The Crossings Apartments

I toured The Crossings in Nashville/Antioch after seeing “Luxury Apartments” advertised and reviewing the floor plans online, which honestly had me really excited. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t come anywhere close to what was marketed. The greeting wasn’t particularly warm or enthusiastic (which was fine), but the bigger issue was the tour itself. I was told the unit I was interested in wasn’t available to see because a vendor was inside. No problem — I assumed maybe painting or flooring was happening. I was then shown a “rent ready” unit of the same floor plan that management approved for showing. The moment the door opened, the overwhelming smell of cat urine hit you in the face. I just move my mother into these apartments and she's so happy she is there! Carolina has been such a big help to my mom. She is so sweet and patient! If you are going to be looking into these apartments please make sure you talk to Carolina, as she is the best there is!

I’ve told plenty of people I would not recommend staying here. There is nothing luxurious about these apartments. Cheap appliances, cheap cabinets and floors. Management has been an issue also, to the point we put in maintenance requests through the office and it doesn’t get filled. We go direct to the maintenance guy Scott to have our request filled. Which the maintenance team is very good just sucks that have to come to our apartment so often. Walls and floors are thin which you can hear almost everything from neighbors to people having conversations outside and the train. Hallways smells like weed smoke. We had to evacuate our apartment more than once because the fire alarm system has an issue which has been an inconvenience with a baby in the household. We have had issues with the mail

I had a very disappointing experience with this property’s management. The lease terms were not explained honestly, and I felt misled about important details in my rental agreement. Communication was poor, and I would not recommend this place until management improves their transparency.

I love this apartment complex, comfortable, safe, clean. From the maintenance people to the office girls, excellent customer service and very diligent, especially Carolina Rodríguez.
