They are scamy as far as moving out and you can never get clarification on anything you have questions on. I lived here a year and I have never seen a place ran so unprofessionally in my whole life. Very disappointed with how everything gets ignored or you get told one thing one day and than they act like they never said that. If you are about to move in here I would record every conversation and phone call and save every paper. There lease is also NOT 12 months its 13 so when you think you are good to move out a year later you are really not. They also want you to clean everything down to the t when it should be maintenance job. When I first moved in I had spots on my carpet that should have been replaced and wasn't. I wasn't the only one that had issues either, my neighbor has been fight
There are a bunch of Karen’s that live there so you will get snitched on for every little thing you do. But they get to do whatever they want
Lawn & parking kept clean. Quiet area.
