The Crosby Apartments

Ok. Time for writing my review. I always thought that those reviews with personal names on it were sketchy... but I didn't know Tyler. My new apartment is pretty nice, yes. PLENTY of natural light, fair distribution, and clean. I just have been here for less than 24 hours, but it seems pretty functional and cozy. And again: the natural light and the storage room is 11/10. I haven't seen any roaches or plague till now, and I'll be updating if I find something, but I doubt it because I have left my patio's door open with just a couple of flies -and one bee who voluntarily left- coming in (and let's be for real: that's a NORMAL thing to happen, specially in Texas). Was recently informed that we are now under new management and so far, I am very concerned. There is garbage literally piled up at every garbage bin in the parking lot and has been for weeks now. Not only is it extremely, extremely disgusting since it's like 100°+ everyday, but it is also incredibly inconsiderate, irresponsible, & unprofessional on management's part. There has not been one memo, email, phone call, nothing about when they plan to take care of the trash issue or why there is an issue at all & that's just ridiculous. At least communicate with your tenants. We are required to pay for trash services in our rent but no services are being provided. It's gross and embarrassing. DONT MOVE HERE this place is nasty ! Dumpsters are always like this!!! They never take the time to keep the complex up to sanitary standards. My husband spoke with manager about fixing our ac multiple times and it still not working, the AC was not only not working but it was using ALOT of electricity and raised our bill up to $400 a few times. We feel that they owe us but Shannon does not care and hasn’t tried to help. This is the last place anybody should be looking into, don’t waste your time, also the apartment we stay in has a terrible roach infestation and drawers are falling apart. Im sure others are dealing with the same.

Tyler and Office team was very welcoming. The moment I walked in office every need was taken care of, all update were emailed within a timely matter, any issues or problems I had was put on an order to be solved immediately!! Thank you all for your help with moving in my lovely home!!

RUN ! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS From them giving me an entire different price for my unit after I apply , to moving me into a unit that wasn’t even ready (confirmed w maintence) I’ve been living with mold dealing with the city for Fort Worth continuing to come out because they will not do anything about the mold in my bathroom . Tons of photos I can’t figure out how to add. (I’ll redo a review with all the photos once I figure it out). Unit across from me even broke their lease dealing with mold in their unit! It also seems quiet at first but believe there will be night gunshots go off in the parking lot and surrounding areas. The apartments are more scary than the environment tho! I could continue with the Nats in my fridge they said was normal so I have my own fridge completely
