Update….been here for a few months and I still love my place. It’s quiet here. Maintenance is top notch. I love they have special events and perks for residents. Make it your home while you’re here and be respectful of your neighbor’s. Washer and dryer room spacious too in my apartment. I highly recommend. First of all Kudos to Dakota. Thank you, thank you. When I tell you the first moment I walked through the door he was helpful and professional. He took me and my mom on a tour of the apartment. I looked at the room and said dang my king size bedroom will not fit. Dakota explain like a professional how it would fit. He explained the requirements and the amenities about the complex. He told me about parking for my building and I respect the honesty. He made me feel like he cared. I love

Throughout my negotiations prior to my move I have been impressed by the caring attitude and attention to detail from Sonye, my leading agent and Megan, our Community Manager. The friendly atmosphere is contagious from all the staff. Thank you, Sonye, for for the personal touch given to my move in process and thoughtful gift left for me in a pristine clean apartment. The “welcome home” feeling will linger through my move-in process over the next few days. Promotions and special pricing only apply to new residents — not to those who already live here. Every staff member provides different information, and later it’s labeled as a “misunderstanding,” but the resident is always the one who absorbs the consequences. Nice events and friendly personalities do not replace transparency, organization, or accountability. We applied for a specific unit, received the approval letter, and were later informed that it had been given to someone else. That means even an approval does not guarantee the unit will be honored. I have lived here only a few months but I’m 72 and have lived in many places this management here is the best i have ever witnessed try are always do professional they make you feel as if your all family . They always have time to talk or handle anything you ask the resident gatherings are superb by far . Their boss should be honored to have such a team of employees as these girls and the maintenance is like you are on royal grounds i have never seen such team work they all go above and beyond you could probably eat off the grounds they keep . The only change i could ask for would be for better handicapped access to your apt or better ways to get around since there is no side walk, and would like to know if there are any plans in future for a kid friendly area Connie law Again I’m so bless
