Such a wonderful property and staff - Our team was able to speak with both Maria and Charlotte in the leasing office, who were such wonderful and amazing people! Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received... 5-Stars!!

Before I start, I want to point something out: many of the five-star reviews here don’t feel genuine. Some mention the “amazing new manager Charlotte” before she had even started. I met her on her first day. If you scroll back far enough, you’ll see similar patterns with other managers. It makes it hard to trust the review history. I moved into The Creek during a stressful time. It was my first apartment, I had no credit, and I was on a tight timeline. I toured a seemingly nice, updated unit and applied quickly. I didn’t do enough research, and I regret it. The application process was chaotic. The office barely responded, and I didn’t receive my lease until a few days before move-in. This review is long overdue. I have been a resident of The Creek for a little more than 2 years. Since I have been here, we have had 4 managers. Well, I am happy to say that I hope this one stays!!! Her name is Charlotte, and she has been a breath of fresh air since she joined the team here!!! Her management of the property has provided very noticeable improvements. First, the grounds are much cleaner than previously. I have now seen members of the maintenance crew actually parole the property, picking up garbage and trash. We have brand new grills at the poolside!!! And the "Doggie Waste" bag dispensers are never empty anymore. Well, where to begin. My son has just moved into the creek apartments in round rock Texas, sort of. First, they told him the apartment would be ready to move into on July 3, 2025. Wasn’t even cleaned! Today is July, 5 2025, still not cleaned, paint on the floor, no seal at the bottom of entry door, cockroaches. Electrical outlets do not work unless a plug is plugged into a certain outlet. Same with the ceiling light in the living room. Obviously an electrical wiring issue. They were more than happy to take rent money for an apartment the is neither ready to move into or safe to move into. So, monday morning we will be calling the electrical inspector for round rock and have them do a safety inspection. The manager has no sense of urgency in communication and no professionalism.

Charlotte and her team at The Creek are amazing!! They were very informative, helpful, and the property looks amazing!
