The Cove

Mold everywhere, dog feces everywhere you walk outside and iguanas swimming in the pool and leaving drops everywhere and every once in a while your car may end up on concrete blocks, and they will scam you into paying late fees whether you're responsible or not for it ( I GOT PROOF). Communication doesn't really exist at this place and it's obvious that the owners concern is his other properties and not this one. I hope the department of health is reading because if they're looking for a case look no further than the cove apartments. I will exercise my right to write a report to the department of health. The only thing fictionalized is the many fake 5 star reviews on this forum

A great place to live and the management is excellent also.

Used to be ok. But they keep raising the rent to accommodate everyone’s new roommates.. the German cockroaches. The place is infested. We never had roaches before but now we’re paying more to live with them. The pest control comes but nothing helps. They’re EVERYWHERE.

I’ve only been here a little over a month and thus far I’ve had no problems. The ladies in the leasing office (Lisette and Vanessa) have amazing customer service and are very attentive. The kitchen and bathroom were brand new and the time I needed them to fix anything I got serviced within 24 hours.

Rats Rats and more Rats!!!! The building is infested with rodents. From the wash room to your kitchen, Several tenants have complained about hearing and seeing rats in the walls. People allow their pets to dump on the walk ways with no consequences from the leasing office. And they keep they outside appearance up on the building in order to continue to raise the rent.
