The Cove

We love living here. The maintenance man Brian is very friendly and helpful. And Tessa always answer my questions promptly and kindly.

Unsafe and unclean. This place is moldy inside and out. My room had mold growing and theres mold on peoples patios and on the sides of the buildings. The apartment I lived in for 3 years was filled with cockroaches. I saw them every night until I ended up taping up all the cracks in the apartment. I paid for pest control every month but pest control only came by twice. There is also no washer/dryer, and no dishwasher. They charge rent like they give you this though. My rent increased from 1300 to 1700 in the 3 years that I lived there for. If you’re willing to spend that much you’re better off finding an apartment that’s worth it, cause living here is not worth the cost. I think the only nice this about this apartment was the deck near the water, but even that was unkept by management.

Blake was an excellent guide. He showed me around and we chatted about our experiences. God put him here to help others like myself.
