The Courtyards at Bensalem

I’ve lived in a lot of places, but the management here is by far the most inadequate and unprofessional I've ever encountered. There are honestly too many issues to list in one review, but if you enjoy living with roaches, mice, leaks, etc. then this is the place for you. The maintenance people are actually very good and hardworking, but they are clearly held back by management that doesn't care about nothing. Not worth the stress! Look elsewhere. Literally anywhere else would be an improvement.

I lived here for two years. My experience was way different than everyone else’s obviously. I did have some issues and that was mostly the plumbing and loud upstairs neighbors. With the plumbing issues that was fixed within a few hours or the following day. Overall it wasn’t so bad the staff was helpful with whatever issue I had.

have had very minimal issues with the apartment compared to other reviews i’ve seen, and everything is fixed very promptly by the property’s stellar maintenance team. The manager himself is always pleasant and will chop it up with you, and the lady working the office has been nothing but pleasant from what i’ve seen ! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable spot in a safe area.

I’ve had a great experience at The Courtyard at Bensalem. Management is very professional and always takes care of things as long as you communicate with them. Some of the negative reviews seem way over the top, any time I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly and smoothly. This is a well run community, and keeping good communication with the office makes all the difference.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience with Leasing Office I just returned from what I believed would be a scheduled tour of the property. The tour was set for 12:00 PM, and I arrived promptly at 11:55 AM. I went to the leasing office, only to find a loosely placed note on the door stating that the leasing agent was on a tour and would "be right back." I waited and attempted to call the number provided, only to reach a voicemail stating the agent was on the phone—without the option to leave a message. I found another contact number on the website and tried that one as well, with the same result. I returned to the leasing office three separate times, accompanied by a family interested in a two-bedroom unit, and there was still no one available. By 12:40 PM, there was still no sign o
