The Courts of Camp Springs

I’m starting to really hate it here! I haven’t slept in a week due to a smoke detector that has been loudly beeping throughout the neighborhood. They said they will find it and stop it today. I came home from work. It’s still beeping. I don’t feel comfortable when anything breaks in here because if you put in a maintenance request, they may or may not answer it. My heat is partially working and the space heater they gave us knocks the power out so we can’t use them and when they checked, they say the filter was dirty, but nobody came back and changed it. I’m just over it. Pitbull’s constantly being walked with no leash. Dogs constantly run up on you after multiple attempts from the rental office, putting letters and everything telling these people to use leashes for their dogs. These peopl

Got the worst Experience, just applying for application. 2 weeks didnt hear anything back, i already mention them. I have to move from my previous one as soon as possible.( end of the month). Call ask do I get denied.they said ( Am not the one holding your paperwork, I dont know , if you cant wait go ahead to find another apartment. Another apartment it take only 3 to 5 days max.

I lived here four years straight before getting wrongfully evicted I was actually happy to leave because the bldg was literally in shambles every time it rains heavily the roof would leak in my living room also in the hallway and drip all down the stairwells all the matainence do is patch it up but then it leaks right through again my Apt was infested with roaches also rodents living in the roof constantly hearing scratching in the walls kids lotoring in the hallway and in front the bldg they hired security which was no help at all because they only secured the staff in the rental office no protection for the residents I wouldn't suggest any decent person live here if you're riding by just keep driving and look elsewhere trust me worst experience of my life 🤦

I am getting so tiresome of the bugs. Everyday a new kind. I just moved in and im not happy at all with my experience. I wished to have moved elsewhere.. My child is going to have roaches etc in her crib. This place was NOT rent ready. So much more to say...

If you can find else where.. DO SO! This is my second and last year! I would’ve left sooner if I could’ve. The roaches are ridiculousssss. Does not matter how clean you are and how much faith you have in pest control. Every other day a neighbor is walking their dog ESPECIALLY PITS off the leash making it unsafe to walk your own pet but staff want to cry about too much dog poop… there has been atleast 3 dog fights this year all with these same Pits. Literally only 2 people out of the whole staffing is good.. Raynell Johnson and the young man who is maintenance… The complex looks pleasant but you’ll soon just be drained from all the BS.
