The Courts at Lime Spring

During the recent ice storm, I was very surprised and pleased to hear at 4AM a crew outside breaking up and shoveling the ice off of all of the sidewalks, right up to our front doors. I wasn’t at all disturbed by the noise, in fact I was astounded that they would be working during the night to make sure that we were safe! This is my second winter here and the snow and ice removal has been fantastic! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

I love it here! It's a peaceful and clean neighborhood. Kathy, Gounds Manager is always on it keeping everyone informed. If you have a question she's quick to respond. Huge shout out to those who remove the snow in the development during the winter months. They do more than I would ever expect.

I’ve lived in this complex for over a year and the biggest issue was when we got dumped with snow last year and they were slow to plow. Pretty minor issue if you ask me. Quiet area, pet friendly. Large apartments with lots of natural light. Rohrerstown Road gets backed up with traffic a lot, but that’s just the nature of the area.

I was only eating at a restaurant in the same development I'm guessing, as to why this is listed as me visiting. I didn't even know what it was and thought it was an entirely different neighborhood in Lititz area where my grandparents live. It is almost identical in appearance. These unoriginal development projects are the equivalent of "project" or "counsel" (in UK) housing blocks in the 'burbs. Granted I was raised in a townhome neighborhood, but those built pre-2000 were at least done with some effort to make it look like a neighborhood. This looks like a dystopian, suburban asphalt wasteland with a friend who sells Mary Kay handling the facade. An open field with the fresh smell of wet manure on it was more appealing to the senses, and better for the integrity of Lancaster's claim that
