The Courts at Huntington Station

My experience was good when I first moved in 2024, but i think there was a change in management since then. From spring 2025 up until now (feb 2026) has been terrible. The elevators are always broken. They get "fixed" and are broken again well within 48 hours. You pay $130 for the parking garage that doesn't even feel safe when the garage door is open majority of the time for anyone to enter. They also let this company, A1 Towing, tow resident's cars without any notice. Despite having a resident permit and paying dang near $2300 monthly in rent for an average apartment. Maintenance team is great and efficient! They always address concerns with a sense of urgency. Fixed garbage disposal immediately, replaced dryer quickly and fixed blinds! The maintenance team is superb and make the experience a better stay!

Rob consistently does an excellent job with maintenance. He’s always professional, reliable, and quick to respond when something needs to be fixed. He takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and is always respectful and friendly. It’s really appreciated to have someone like him taking care of things around the property.

The Courts at Huntington Station has a great location and the property itself has potential, but my overall experience as a resident was extremely disappointing due to management and ongoing maintenance issues. While the community appears nice on the surface, the management style, particularly from Alexis, created a very frustrating living environment. In my experience, interactions often felt dismissive and unprofessional. At times, communication came across as snarky and condescending, especially toward certain residents. I also personally felt uncomfortable with how conversations involving members of the LGBTQ+ community were handled, as they sometimes came across as disregarding and lacking inclusivity. The management team of Shay, Alexis and Bernard are an absolute JOKE. Zero skill sets in addressing tenant needs. They are happy to raise your rent every year but do nothing to enhance the property or the quality of life. The stench of marijuana permeates the hallways at all times of the day, noise from units above with hardwood floors are obnoxiously loud at all hours and the elevators/garage doors/courtyard doors are frequently out of service. Instead, go across the street to the brand new apartments that were just recently built and get better amenities and quality of life perks for less than you'll pay at the Courts. They will even give you $500 off your first month's rent in most cases.
