Whole experience has been just meh. not a single great thing to glow about. the complex name is a hair misleading you’d think you can walk around the lake or something but no access whatsoever. that isn’t a huge deal but it would be nice considering the amenities are average at best. if you have a pet they have 4 small patches of grass to choose from so not very animal friendly although they do allow pets. gate to the building only works half the time so if security is important go ahead and PASS on this complex. trash area is another problem that never seems to get resolved. time and time again you can find huge piles of trash just sitting outside the dumpster. oh and if you are looking for a team that acts swiftly look elsewhere- the pothole in the parking lot has been there for weeks an

Best apartments I’ve seen a while. Beautiful inside and out. Nice forest area next door and plenty of walking area for dogs. Lots of ponds and lakes to see. Gym is nice. Hs everything I need and is never crowded. Cheaper than other apartments in the area. Front desk area is nice. All the staff are nice. Especially Sam. Walked in on day. Was approved the next day. Maintenance responds to request fast. Sent a maintenance request to fix my AC at 12am. They came and fixed it by 9:30 am same day. 10/10 would recommend

I am an UberEats and DoorDash Delivery Driver. I had a delivery to a customer in this Apartment Complex. The delivery was only supposed to take 10 minutes in total time. I arrived to the Apartments in 5 minutes and then I struggled in gaining access into the apartments to make what was supposed to be a simple delivery as all the entry doors were highly fortified and completely locked. This is not an apartment complex. This felt more like a prison with all the locked doors and fortified protections. It's sad really for the people who live there. As I struggled at the apartments for over 15+ minutes my delivery to the customer ended up being 15 minutes late with the customer's food being completely cold by the time I was finally able to gain access in the Apartments and make the delivery

Do NOT move here…The first year living here was great but after my wife and I renewed our lease it’s been constant issues. The only thing that is great here is that I gotta hand it to the maintenance team. If you put a service request in, they are very quick in responding and fixing your issue. Thank You Dan and the team. Now for the bad…. The Elevator has not worked in over 6 weeks and counting (second time this year…. First time it was fixed after 3 weeks). The manager is rarely in the office and no updates are sent to the residents on the status of the “ repair” or we are told the issue will be resolved next week. I even reached out to regional manager and she gave me the run around and told me she will call me with an update. (That was 2 weeks ago). If you are gonna charge “lux

6 months ago I was charged for a "renters insurance violation" that took months to resolve (There was no lapse and there was no warning to the charge being added to my ledger) Now, its happened again only half a year later. I reached out to the property multiple times starting a month ago and they have not contacted me back to fix this. Advice to the property as someone who previously worked in the renting industry, communication is key and a lot of issues could be resolved with a quick email or call.
