The Cottages @ Sugartree

I love the Cottages at Sugartree, previously (Sugartree Apartments). The location is wonderful: close to restaurants, grocery stores, I95 and the beach! Maintenance staff is always reliable. We have lived here for 4 years. No upstairs neighbors to deal with, plenty of grassy areas to walk the dog. There is a lovely park nearby. And the rent price is still somewhat reasonable in today’s economy. Safe, quiet, and cozy - perfect for small one bedroom units. And there are a few 2 bedroom units as well.

For five years, I have considered this my home. My unit is spacious and well-maintained, and the staff creates a familial atmosphere. Any minor concerns I have had were addressed promptly on the same day. The grounds are meticulously cared for. I feel secure and content here and would highly recommend it to others.

I've been living here for 6 years now. We now have new owners. My five stars go to the two maintenance guys Joe and Daniel. They're awesome on the spot, diligent, we get along a joke around all the time. Great guys. If I have any repairs that need done.. Johnny on the spot, it's fixed/repaired or replaced that day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am a six year tenant of Sugartree, and it only keeps getting better. There is new management and their most important goal is that their tenants are safe and happy, which for me they have succeeded on both goals. When you just want a quiet , well maintained home, with all the shopping needs that one could need within walking distance, and you don’t need all the frills of pools and tennis courts, etc., or the high rents that go with them, Sugartree is the perfect place for you. The new manager, Mariela and our fantastic maintenance team , Joe and Daniel make living here a wonderful and carefree experience. Welcome Home !

Been here 16 years, loving every minute of it. Looking forward to the next 16. 100 stars out of 5. Next door to everything from Publix to WaWa. Couldn’t be happier.
