The Cottages at Great Bridge Apartments

Maintenance man Gerry comes in apt when he knows I’m not home and he wasn’t supposed to come in, but he let himself in anyway. He also likes to come in and break your items and not pay for it. What kind of fair Is that. And if he doesn’t like you, he will say oh well you have a door or anything that needs to be fixed he says, or tells me anyway that my item is the only one in the building and he has to look into getting it fixed, which he never does. It took 4 to 5 months to fix my refrigerator light because he didn’t wanna do it the same with My dishwasher he didn’t fix it in time and it fell on top of me. It took him three weeks to fix it. Come on now. Beware!!!

I hope the new management makes things better for the tenants. Very disappointed at this point in how things have been handled because of lack of management.

Great place for seniors looking for that family feel. Residents are great and welcoming especially on Fridays during bingo. The grounds are very well kept and if you're lucky you'll encounter the lovely maintenance supervisor Laura or the shuttle driver Sandra.

My mom is a resident and I feel secure in knowing she lives in such a friendly, quiet, resourceful community. Beautiful cottages for seniors that can live independently and apartments for those that need extra care. Quiet, clean, inviting.

Can't get anything done. Very disheartening
