The Cornerstone Apartments

I used to really love living here, which makes writing this disappointing. I even recommended this apartment complex to my best friend because I genuinely thought it was a great place to live. Unfortunately, once you actually have a problem, you quickly realize how unhelpful management is. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. They never answer calls, and when you go into the leasing office, you’re always told you need to “wait for the manager” — yet the manager never follows up or reaches back out. There are usually two ladies in the office, and instead of being helpful, they often have an attitude when you bring up concerns. Maintenance and cleanliness are also ongoing issues. No matter how much you deep clean, roaches continue to be a problem. It’s extremely frustrating

I don't usually leave a review, but i'm actually enjoying my stay here. My wife and I moved in a couple weeks ago Margarita made our transition very pleasant and easy. We came in from another state and I was very impressed at how she handled things. Very professional. That's getting very rare nowadays. So thank you very much.

Maria and Margarita in the front office are always very respectful, communicative, and available to help. The maintenance team is also amazing! They respond to service requests very quickly. I had a leak in my ceiling when I moved in and they helped me get my roof and ceiling fixed in one week. Also, as someone who has rented places with roach problems in the past, I'm glad to say that I rarely see any bugs in my unit after living here for a few months now. Thank you, Cornerstone!

I was just there to try to communicate with the leasing (since they never answer the calls) a lady came out to say that it was closed (it's 2:30 in the afternoon) she was a bit rude to ask for information since a relative communicates with them from weeks ago and they don't answer him, and she chose to tell me that she couldn't say anything and to close the door in the face. What a bad service...

I just move in last Week and it was a Helpful Young Lady in the Office and Her name is Sharol, She Welcome Me and My Son with a Beautiful Attitude and Smile Willing to Help Us in Whatever She Could. I Felt Very Welcome in My New Place. She's 💯% Keeper.
