The Cordelia Apartments

I am a current resident of this wonderful apartment complex. I'm writing this review because this is the last month on my lease. My girlfriend and I live here together and are considering moving to a place with a little more space for the 2 of us. As of writing this I am unsure if we will renew our lease or not. But one of the biggest factors in our decision right now is how much we've loved living here. Alex and Bryan (who just moved to NY, good luck Bryan) have been the best. I've never lived anywhere with such a great staff. From the moment we stumbled in last year they were the most welcoming and accommodating. Alex has been so great that we may just stick it out here. That's real. It cannot be understated how nice it is to have a stellar management team like the one here on site. Beyo

I loved living at The Cordelias! The location is amazing, with Trader Joe's, great restaurants, like those on 23rd, and Prince Coffee nearby, along with easy access to transportation like the NS streetcar and buses. Safety was never a worry in this neighborhood. The staff at The Cordelias were exceptional. Alex and Bryan from the office team were always there to help and answer any questions. The maintenance team also quickly fixed any issues. The gym, while small, had top-notch equipment like a Peloton bike, treadmill, and free weights. The community lounge was always clean and available. The apartments were spacious, clean, and felt like home. Hey, the Cordelia has different layouts and floor plans to pick from, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. They have nice wood-style vinyl flooring, Energy Star stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, and great views. It's in the heart of Nob Hill, so you'll be close to all the cool shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the Pearl District. And if you don't feel like walking, there's the Streetcar, Max, and bus, all nearby. The community also has a clubhouse, courtyards, picnic areas with gas grills, and reserved garage parking.

I lived at the Cordelia for over a year, and what a wonderful time! Only reason I moved was to buy a house. I still miss it. Amazing staff! I really enjoyed chatting with Bryan and felt like I could give feedback on any issues. He also helped me a lot when I was dealing with issues from a past landlord. Alex was really nice as well. He does a really good job managing the building. Jake, in maintenance, was really knowledgeable and brought me a whole new dishwasher when I had issues with the old one. Thanh was also amazing! He kept both buildings clean. I enjoyed chatting with him as well. The whole team felt really honest and fair. It shows with their work and the cost. The location was perfect. I recently toured the building, though I didn’t move fwd with the available units presented to me - I did feel inclined to leave a review bec the guy providing me a tour was extremely kind. He and his colleague took some extra time to give me insights about the different neighborhoods and things to be mindful of as I view places. I’m moving from the east coast so definitely felt grateful for the extra reassurance
