Yan Lee has become part of the family she is so incredible. The first time we listed our condo downtown Brooklyn, she found us an incredible tenant within a day. He stayed for about 5 years. She then found the next tenant who stayed for another few years. She then found my current tenant who has been here for about 5-6 years. She does thorough background checks, focusing on fiscal stability. If you want someone who will give you an honest appraisal of your property, who is kind, knowledgeable, efficient and will get you incredible (clean, respectful and paying) tenants, then look no further.
