Working with Tom Le was very traumatizing. I would not recommend it. Please get a second or third opinion and be sure to discuss ethical practices with the team. I found them to be very aggressive and condescending.

I was looking for an apartment in the Park Slope area in a pinch. I had looked at a bunch, but didn't really feel comfortable with anything. I found one that seemed too good to be true, and emailed Rowan Meadowstreet on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting to hear from him Monday morning, but he emailed back that day and we set up a showing for Monday. I loved the place, and Rowan was very helpful in getting the paperwork in order, making sure I knew what was going on, and made it super easy to sign a contract with my busy schedule. I move in this Sunday and couldn't be more excited. Thanks Rowan! Looking forward to the apartment and working with you in the future (if the need arises)!

Do not work with Santo Rosabianco!!! He is extremely rude and unprofessional. He had us wait for 3 days to respond to a showing request at the 14 hausman property only to rudely tell us he doesn’t want to show it to us and doesn’t want to sell it anymore.
