The Continental at Freehold (Family and Senior Apartments)

The Management has been doing an awesome job! Great staff and the property manager and team are getting things done, requests are being attended to promptly. The place is being revamped and the newly painted walls in the foyer are inviting, and yesterday we were treated to donuts and apple cider! Not the first time, not too long ago, the residents were treated to ice cream! This place is a community and people are treated with respect, compassion and much professionalism. Not the nicest of apartments. I had to do some maintenance work here and most of the tennants are nice, but all of them are crazy. Patricia at the front desk was quite unhelpful, but that didn't really matter to me. What matters to me is all the stains and spills and dirt and trash in every hallway and staircase.

One of the elevators has been out for almost a month and it's getting frustrating. It's being said that the company that's supposed to fix it is saying that they're waiting for parts for it but that was two weeks ago. I'm someone who can't do stairs so it really needs to be repaired

Ever since new management took over, this place has changed from night to day. The property is better taken care of and this building is more enjoyable to live in.

It's a shame that this place has fallen so badly. It wasn't supposed to be like this. It's really unfortunate. People should not fear, or be uncomfortable where they reside and pay rent. The Owner and Management need to do better. Have pride in the property. New rugs and/or floors. Clean up the trash, dirt, grime, etc. Be nicer, polite that's your job. We all have bad days but it's not your job to show that to the tenant's or anyone else. The fixing of the problems is with management so do something. Your rating are the worst. Yet families who can't afford these high ridiculous prices may have no choice but to settle because your affordable, you fit their budget or they receive Section 8.
