The elevator has been down for five days. Not one word from management on why or when to anticipate repairs will be complete. This trash has been outside my apartment door for longer than that. When I asked the office about it, they said they can't talk to me about other residents. I didn't want to talk about another resident- I wanted the apartment complex to clean it up since the resident clearly is not going to.

Loved working with this group. The apartments are well keep and beautiful. Team does a great job communicating and helping evaluate options. Particularly, Shelby Keefer did a wonderful job. She was very informative and provided quick and informative answers to any questions we had with a smile. I would highly recommend working with her.

I recently moved in and have not reached a full month of occupancy. Already, I do not feel the price of what I pay is worth the amenities that are provided. I have encountered minor issues that I was able to look over, such as my name not being added to the call box after being repeatedly told it would be; My trash being skipped during pick up, even though all my neighbors trash cans were emptied, and heating issues. With all that being said Taylor in the office has been great to work with and has made sure to get all of these things taken care of in a timely fashion. I appreciate all she has done to make this transition smooth for my family & I. I believe this could be a great place to live and I see a lot of potential in making this my temporary home. Taylor's customer service skills are

I have been living at the Congress for about 10 months now and have nothing but good things to say. I relocated to the area for work and needed easy access to the high way, close to Downtown but away from the noise, and easy access to amenities like the parks and trails. This place does it all. It’s kept clean, the hallways, lobby and elevator get cleaned weekly. Once your in your apartment you can’t hear noise from the hallway or your neighbors. They have a courtesy officer who is amazing and very nice. The staff is great with communication. It is also a 10 min walk to fountain square and Mass Ave. After renting in multiple states over the years I am very impressed with the Congress.

To be honest I would rate this 0.3 stars if I could. And that would only be for the nice maintenance man who fixed my sink once. Otherwise my 3 years here can be described as a hot mess. Skip to second half for real tea because honestly despite all this it’s the only reason I’m even writing my first ever negative review of anything, this place broke me. First, the building is literally made of cardboard- you hear everything. Would be fine if just the occasional neighbor but this apartment houses some of the most internally tormented dogs in Indy. The floor was reminiscent of a kennel. I once saw the same literal dog poop in carpeted hallway for 3 days. Additionally- there’s mice, and as a person who is neurotic about cleaning and really doesn’t cook- I’m not sure what they wanted with me b
