The Confluence

I moved into The Confluence late last year from out of state and my experience as a resident here has thus far been spectacular! I toured several buildings in the area, but I was immediately struck by the sense of community and warmth exuded by Mario Toscano in the leasing office, who was on a first-name basis with the several residents we interacted with on my tour, and the concierge and valet staff who made me feel right at home. The leasing process was seamless, and Mario and Cain communicated with me proactively throughout, from tour to lease signing to move-in day, answering all of my questions and making me feel secure in my decision to live at The Confluence. This place is great... it has some of the best views of downtown Denver & a really cool community. The staff here goes all out to provide an elite hospitality experience for guests and residents. There are some great nearby spots as well with great access to the Cherry Creek Trail and Platte River. Would recommend to anyone looking for upscale living in Denver.

Our experience at The Confluence in Denver has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment we moved in, it felt less like an apartment complex and more like a true community. Unfortunately, we had to move out earlier than planned due to an unexpected job opportunity. What could have been a stressful situation turned into yet another example of how amazing the team here is. The leasing office truly moved mountains to help us through the process. We recently hosted an event at The Confluence and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire event, which made everything run smoothly. The clubhouse itself was spotless, well-maintained, and so clean and inviting, our group felt welcomed the moment we arrived. It was a great setting for our event, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the team. We would absolutely recommend The Confluence and look forward to working with them again!

The team at the Confluence is really great to work with. We worked with them to put on their Holiday party. They were incredibly communicative, flexible, and made the entire holiday decorating process seamless. As a vendor, we really value partners like this and would happily work with them again.
