The Concord

Very safe apartment complex, clean building, hallways, elevators, however i did move in there when it was first built. can’t comment about maintenance since never needed them. People in the office was best part of living here. Always helpful, great team. Location is great, We moved since we had to relocate. Move out process was smooth as well, but pay attention to detail since they deduct partial cleaning of $75 😆

The property is soooo beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and updated! The staff on site is very knowledgeable, friendly and problem solving driven. They also have a resident’s happy hour which is family friendly with complimentary food and drinks. Reside at The Concord!

The Best Staff and maintenance Crew Every. The Most helpful Office Crew . Great neighbors you couldn't ask 4 a nicer place who cares about there people community. Oh the Best Dogs every here . With unforgettable Personality. Thank you 4 a Safe Place and people who Care with full gym pool and restaurants. Just all amazing people from all over Caring loving who care 4 one another and look out 4 one another Amazing experience Thank you 2 all

Oh my gosh where do I start…. My husband lived here for 2 years from 2020-2022. He LOVED it so much he wanted to move back! I personally have never lived in an apartment complex so I was a bit hesitant. I’m used to renting single family homes. After touring with Jodie (she’s an absolute joy to work with), I was sold. We toured a few other places but my heart was set on The Concord. It’s extremely affordable for the amenities and quality of apartment you receive. They’re extremely flexible and accommodating. I never thought I’d be leaving a 5 star review on an apartment but they earned every star! I’m sincerely and extremely impressed.

Extremely Disappointed with Move-Out Process I had a decent experience living for 3 years at Concord Apartments, but unfortunately, the move-out process completely ruined my impression of this place. Despite giving proper notice of my intended move out way ahead of time and leaving the apartment clean, professionally cleaned and in good condition, I was informed that I would need to pay one extra month rent. I was informed that I did not fill out a “notice to vacate” form that was never sent to me after I expressed my intent to move out. When I tried to reach out for clarification, I was sent the same responses. Additionally, they did not fix the cracked window in the apartment that was due to settling or adequately address the wasp issue in the balcony that I had been dealing with rec
